We had a lot of commitments the past couple days, here are some you may have missed over the past forty-eight hours...

Bobby Braswell and his Cal State Northridge staff picked up some immediate help at the point guard spot in 6-2 175-poundDavon_Potts Davon Potts (pictured)  from Cerritos, CA Gahr and Belmont Shore who committed to the Matadors last night according to our good friend, and his summer coach, Dinos Trigonis. Potts is a solid floor leader who has a knack for getting the ball to open man, but can also knock down three or finish drive at the rim. He should make an immediate impact at Northridge for the Matadors.

Rodney Terry the new coach of the Fresno State Bulldogs has added his first recruit in Fresno with the commitment of Inglewood, CA High's 6-4 wing guard Julius Bilbrew. The long and quick wing averaged 13 points and 6.5 rebounds as a senior this past winter. He will add immediate depth for the Bulldogs in the back court.

Ron Everhart and his Duquesne staff have receivexd a commitment from an athletic wing man in 6-3 185-pound Danny Herrera from Miramar, FL Doral Academy. He has range to three and ability to create sghot or drive with the dribble. He chose the Dukes over  Hawaii, Liberty and recently Wake Forest.

Max Good and his Loyola Marymount staff have received a commitment from 6-5 230-pound combo forward C.J. Blackwell from Woodland Hills, CA Howard Taft. He averaged 13 points and 9 rebounds a game for Taft this past winter. He is a physical rebounder and finisher who should compete for a starting spot with the Lions next fall.

Pat Skerry and his new staff at Towson State have received a commitment from 6-5 195-pound wing man Deon Jones from Hockessin, DE Sanford High. He is a solid athlete with good bounce who gets to rim in a hurry. he will see lots of playing time with the Tigers next fall.

Randy Peele and his Winthrop staff have received a commitment from 6-6 195-pound wing man Larry Brown from Fork Union, VA Military Academy. Brown is a quick jumper who can finish at the rim or pop mid-range jumper off the dribble. He will add immediate depth for the Eagles next fall.
