Murray State adds Mississippi forward

We received a heads-up last night from our good friend Lavel Johnson from the Mississippi Hoop Report that one of the
top players in Mississippi, 6-7 PF Terron Gilmore from Jackson (MS) Callaway H.S., had made his college chice and is headed to Murray State. Here is his update on Gilmore and his commitment to the Racers -
Gilmore is a long-limbed athletic four man with a ton of upside. A left hander who has the potential to be a big time shot blocker, Gilmore is a very good rebounder, runs the floor well and finishes explosively at the rim. Offensively, his best move is a jump hook going right and he can hit the open jumper out to 12 feet.
Gilmore averaged 8 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks per game for his junior year. He chose Murray State over interest from South Alabama, Alcorn State, Southeastern Louisiana, Texas Southern, Alabama A&M and Arkansas Pine Bluff.
Gilmore joins 6'8 Zabius Henderson from Monroe (Neville) LA and 6'7 Erik McCree from Winter Garden (West Orange) FL in Murray State's 2012 recruiting class.
