Jacksonville signs Indiana big man

According to a source close to the program, and confirmed by the Indianapolis Star, the Jacksonville Dolphins have added a
solid big man in 6-9 215-pound Tyler Alderman from Fishers, IN.
Alderson who was injured most of his junior year, broke out over the summer with Indiana Elite One AAU program. He has a solid low post game that featured a jump hook and pop out 10-12 footer facing the hoop. He gets on the glass and ran the floor well. He will add depth at the post as freshman. He needs to add strength to reach potential with Dolphins down the road.
He chose Jacksonville over interest from Wright State, SIU-Edwardsville, and IUPUI.
He joins Tampa guard Brandon Channer in the Jacksonville Class of 2012.
