According to various sources, including our own Chris Lawlor, the Indiana Hoosiers have received a commitment from 6-4 combo guard Sanford Robinson from Fairfax, VA Paul VI.
Robinson has the ability to board and take it end to end, stop and pop deep three or jumper inside the arc with regularity. he is an excellent passer who sees open man off the dribble and delivers the rock. He has length and quicks to be a good defender and potential stopper in the future. He will make an immediate impact when he reaches Bloomington in the fall of 2013.
He chose Indiana over Villanova, Rutgers, Marquette, Maryland, Virginia Tech, Xavier, North Carolina State and Texas.
He plays for Team Takeover in the summer, and the addition of Towson assistant Kenny Johnson to The Hoosier staff, a former Team Takeover coach, may have given the Hoosiers the edge in his final decision.
